90 points - Wine Spectator - May 10, 2009 2006 Reserve Wautoma Springs Cabernet Sauvignon Columbia Valley
A solid Cabernet, with spicy, toasty overtones and a fine-grained texture to the dark plum and currant flavors, persisting nicely.

Scents of tobacco enhance the ripe, lush black fruits, which amply demonstrate the power of Washington grapes. The winemaking is polished, the barrel aging adds vanilla and smoke, and at this new, lower price, it’s a good value as well.
95 points - Wine Spectator - November 26, 2008 2005 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon Columbia Valley
Ripe in flavor, with a vivid array of black currant, blackberry, violet, black tea and black pepper aromas and flavors that zoom through to a long, expressive finish. Shows subtlety in the layers of complex flavor against a refined structure. Tannins are present but nicely contained.
“Recommended” - Northwest Palate - August 01, 2008 2004 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon Columbia Valley
Clear notes of cassis and crushed red fruits are forward and pleasing on the nose. Concentrated flavors of plum and cassis are satiny and rich on the full frame. Notes of toast and baking spices appear in the background, as do ample tannins. Yet the whole experience of the wine is complete, round and fully pleasing. Enjoy with a hearty cassoulet.

Dense crimson hue. Aromas of roasted coffee and rhubarb with light floral notes. Crisp entry with a big dollop of juicy cherry fruit and peppery oak-laced tannins. Tart cherry and blueberry nuances in a pretty finish with a silky tannin presence.
