Tasting Notes

The 2015 Crowdsourced Cabernet Sauvignon shows high tone red berry, dried herbs and spice aromas. On the palate, the wine develops warm huckleberry pie flavors with a chocolate and blueberry undertone and a silky texture. It finishes with an elegant, yet evident texture.

80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc
Aging:
The wine aged 12 months in 60% new oak barrels.

During primary fermentation the juice was frequently racked and returned to create softer tannins and complex texture.
