Tasting Notes

An elegant wine with firm tannins and flavors of fresh, savory herbs, plum, blackberry, vanilla and dark fruit.

Cabernet Sauvignon
Aging:
Lots were kept separate and placed into French oak barrels, with blending happening just prior to bottling.

Grapes were destemmed, sorted and then fermented in a combination of stainless, oak and concrete tanks which helped build different layers. The tanks were pumped over twice-daily during the fermentation to aerate the wine and enhance aromatics and bouquet.
