Horse Heaven Hills
Les Chevaux, (French for “the horses”) is named for the wild horses that once roamed the Horse Heaven Hills. This lively red blend presents rose petal aromas and dark fruit cherry flavors, followed by smooth tannins that lead in to a vibrant finish.
Blend: 63% Syrah, 33% Merlot, 4% Viognier

Barrel Aging: Barrel aged in a combination of American and French oak, nearly 40 percent new for almost 20 months
Fermentaion: 6-10 days on the skins
After warmer than average 2012 and 2013 vintages, 2014 in Eastern Washington was one of the warmest seasons in decades with favorable temperature conditions extending into fall.
Overall, 2014 was a pleasant growing season; ripening was excellent for all varieties in all locations.

Grapes from this distinctive appellation produce bold, well-balanced and seductive wines.
