The 2015 Crowdsourced Cabernet Sauvignon shows high tone red berry, dried herbs and spice aromas. On the palate, the wine develops warm huckleberry pie flavors with a chocolate and blueberry undertone and a silky texture. It finishes with an elegant, yet evident texture.
Blend: 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc

Alcohol Content: 14.5%
Barrel Aging: The wine aged 12 months in 60% new oak barrels.
Fermentaion: During primary fermentation the juice was frequently racked and returned to create softer tannins and complex texture.
The 2015 vintage was one of the warmest growing seasons on record in Washington.
Warm temperatures continued through the spring and summer, moderating slightly into fall and extending an early harvest.
Overall, 2015 saw very favorable growing conditions, producing optimal ripening across varieties and yielding outstanding wines throughout the region.
